Once upon a time a big green frog lived in a big pond. His life was peaceful and happy. There were many bugs and insects to eat. So the frog was very fat.

One day, the weather was rainy and the frog was sitting on a rock in the middle of the pond. "I like the weather" croaked the frog. I'm so happy to live in the pond". The frog was sitting on a rock and watching the pond waiting for some bugs there. Suddenly he heard a noise up in the sky. He looked up and saw a flock of ducks. In some minutes ducks stopped at the pond to have something to eat. The frog wasn't afraid of the ducks but hid himself and listened to them. One duck said: "We must be in a hurry. It's cold here. We must fly south."

When the frog heard these words, he cried: "Why are you going south? It's nice here, stay here."

The ducks looked at the frog and said: "It's cold here now, but in the south the weather is warm.'There are many lakes and ponds, there are many insects and bugs." "We can't stay in this cold pond, we'll die."

The frog felt sorry. "I want to go with you!" he cried. "You can't go because you can't fly, laughed the ducks." "Can you teach me to fly?" - asked the frog. "No, we can't, because you have no wings." "I have an idea." - said the frog. He dived into the pond and in a minute he appeared with a stick in his mouth. "This stick will help me", exclaimed the frog. "Two of you must hold the ends of the stick in your beaks. I'll hang on the middle with my mouth." The duck said, "It will be hard to carry you, you are very heavy and we won't quack during the journey."

But the frog begged and begged and at last the ducks agreed to take the frog with them. When the birds flew high into the sky, the frog was frightened, but soon he was very pleased to be on the top of the world.

The ducks flew all day and night, finally they got tired and stopped at a pond. The frog was delighted.
