Education in Ukraine is free. Every child attends school from the age of six to 17. Children go to school five or six days a week. Pupils study there basic subjects such as: Ukrainian language and Literature, Mathematics, History, Arts, Physical Education, foreign languages and other subjects. Modern schools have all technologies: video, computers, Internet.
School usually starts at 8.30 till 3 o'clock in the afternoon. Pupils usually wear school uniforms. Every school has its own uniform. After classes pupils play football or outdoor games on the sports ground.
