Ukrainian cuisine is very varied. Ukrainians are known for their hospitality. Nowadays there are many cafes, bars, restaurants and fast food restaurants in Ukraine, but Ukrainians like to invite guests to their homes. They like to cook and serve their traditional national food: borsch, varenyky, hol-ubtsi, mlyntsi, pampushky with garlic. Those who tasted Ukrainian food try to get recipes of their favourite dishes. Adda likes Chicken Kyiv very much and she asked the recipe of the dish. This tasty dish is named after Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine.

Ingredients:
Three tablespoons of softened butter or margarine
two teaspoons of fresh lemon juice 0,25 teaspoon of salt
1 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves pounded thin 1 egg
1/3 cup of seasoning
